• Installed leading edge insert for control horn
• Installed upper and lower front ribs
• Finished trailing edge
• Installed front and rear ribs

• Updrilled, deburred and riveted upper portion
• Cut inboard tube for lower portion of stabilizer
• Leading edge tube 2" too short, getting new one tomorrow

EAA Workshop "Fabric Covering"

I attended an EAA SportAir Workshop about
Fabric Covering an Airplane.
This was on the weekend Nov 14th and 15th 2009.

Maybe a little early, but nobody knows when the next chance
for a Workshop like that comes up.

Vertical Stabilizer

• Cutting tubes for bracing
• Cutting angles into bracing and leading edge tubes
• Fabricating 6" reinforcement tube for trailing edge
• Riveted reinforcement tube in place
